On-Site Energy Audit (Power Plant)

Objective:

The main purpose of the Power Plant on-site  Energy Audit and Training  is to identify areas for improvement so that company can reduce plant’s energy/fuel cost, reduce environmental pollution,  improve plant’s reliability and  to maximize life cycle use.

1.2.1.2    Correct Preheating/Separating Temp and Viscosity
1.2.1.3    Correct feed rate or throughput
1.2.1.4    Sludge discharge interval

1.2.2    Fuel Filtration

1.2.3    Fuel Pre-heating and Viscosity Control
